Seattle Business and Civic Leaders Gather to Inspire Girls, Discuss Why Math Matters

will convene a panel of leading women in Seattle to
encourage girls in developing their love for math. Panelists of “Math
Matters: Unlocking the Future for Girls
” will discuss how they use
math in their daily lives in a variety of professions. The event aims to
instill a sense of confidence around math in girls at a young age.

At a time in history when women empowerment is top of mind, a strong
foundation in math can pave the way for success in many careers.

Girls and their parents and learning guardians from the greater Seattle
area are invited to attend in person while audiences from across the
world are invited to tune in on Facebook Live.
