VXI Honored with Multiple Gold and Silver Stevie® Awards at 2018 Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service

LOS ANGELES–(BUSINESS WIRE)–VXI Global Solutions, LLC (VXI) won Gold and Silver Stevie® Awards in multiple categories at the 12th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service.

In the Solution Provider category, VXI won a Gold Stevie® Award for being recognized as the Sales Outsourcing Provider of the Year, and a Silver award as the Contact Center or Customer Service Outsourcing Provider of the Year.

In the customer service category, VXI won a Gold Stevie® Award for being recognized as the Contact Center of the Year (Over 100 Seats). In the sales team category, VXI was recognized for Sales and Culture Training, and Increasing Revenue per Agent, and received Silver awards as the Sales Operations Team of the Year and the Telesales Team of the Year respectively.

The awards were presented to honorees during a gala banquet on Friday, February 23, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, NV. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 150 professionals worldwide in seven specialized judging committees.
